My client came to me to ask for help in planning a challah bake in honour of her daughter’s bat mitzvah. I suggested in order to achieve that communal feeling we have the guests all face each other and my client loved this idea. We elevated the event with custom aprons, custom menus and custom stickers on our to go topping containers. The night ended with an impromptu Horah in the middle of the floor and as far as I can tell this was the perfect way to celebrate this special girl.
