WEDDINGS
For weddings, I am able to offer two different packages, the day of package and the full-service package. The day of package is for those clients that have done all of the legwork already and really only want the consultant there for the rehearsal and the wedding day. The full-service package is for the client that prefers to use the consultant as a form of reference for referrals to vendors, for consultation and advice throughout the whole planning process. For the full-service package, I am there to attend meetings with the client if they so choose and provide valuable insight into those meetings based on my experience. I also do all scheduling for the event and of course, am on-site for the rehearsal and full wedding day.
I think the most important question you need to ask yourself when planning a Simcha is, is this the right planner for me? It is imperative that you meet the planner face to face so that you can get a sense of their personality. The planner is the person that will give you advice, and hold your hand in the months leading up to your event. They need to make you feel relaxed and calm and you need to trust your planner on the day of the event so that you don’t have to worry about any of the details. As a planner, I believe that I put my heart and soul into every event that I do and above all I am flexible. I will adapt to your needs as every client is unique.

Two in-person meetings (one meeting six weeks prior to the event and second meeting, three weeks prior to event).
Exceptionally detailed itinerary prepared for the wedding party and vendors as needed.
Detailed portrait photography, makeup and hair schedule provided to wedding party
Procession schedule prepared and provided to all those marching in the wedding
Organization and attendance at rehearsal which includes reviewing all schedules
Organization, attendance and time management on the wedding day
A start time of 1:30 p.m. on the actual day of the event
Full planning package:

Comprehensive wedding checklist, taking in consideration all details relevent to your special wedding day.
Four in-person meetings (you choose what works for you).
Exceptionally detailed itinerary prepared for the wedding party and vendors as needed.
Detailed portrait photography, makeup and hair schedule provided to wedding party
Procession schedule prepared and provided to all those marching in the wedding
Organization and attendance at rehearsal which includes reviewing all schedules
Organization, attendance and time management on the wedding day
Checking availability of vendors on behalf of the client as well as booking meetings for clients and reviewing contracts

Tips on speech writing and reviewing all speeches
Consultant on call for you day or night, unlimited number of phone calls and emails
The consultant will confirm dates and send schedules to vendors one week prior to the function
